If you got a wrong or defective product order, please follow the steps below 

  1. Click 'New Support Ticket' button above
  2. Fill the details including the order number (starts with GNP), Reason, Images of shipping label & Invoice and a short video of defective/wrong products you got 
  3. Submit and raise the ticket.
