Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and to complete your exchange process, we require images copy of the product invoice and shipping label (Slip attached on the package front) and a short video of a defective product should be attached in your return request form
